TaskForge is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us build the next generation of AI-powered developer tooling. You will work closely with design, product, and backend engineering to craft fast, beautiful, and highly interactive user experiences used by thousands of developers worldwide.

About the role

‍

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will take ownership of our core web application — from the pipeline dashboard and real-time analytics views to complex data visualization and developer-facing configuration interfaces. You will set the standard for frontend quality, mentor junior engineers, and drive architectural decisions that shape how our product looks and feels for years to come.

What you will do

‍

Lead the development of new product features from design handoff to production deployment. Collaborate with backend engineers to design clean, well-typed API contracts. Optimize application performance, including bundle size, rendering speed, and perceived load time. Write robust unit and integration tests and participate in code review. Contribute to and maintain our shared component library and design system.

What we are looking for

‍

• 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of browser fundamentals, web performance, and accessibility.
• Experience working in a fast-paced product environment with close design collaboration.
• Excellent communication and async work skills.

Bonus if you can

‍

Bring experience with WebGL, Canvas, or data visualization libraries such as D3 or Recharts. Have shipped developer tooling or worked on platforms with complex real-time data requirements. Contribute to open source or maintain a public technical presence.
