Product Manager

Product Manager

Join a dedicated, experienced team developing the fastest on-device AI inference engine, powering real-world applications.

Career Overview

TaskForge is looking for a product-minded, technically-fluent Product Manager to help drive our roadmap. You will work at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and engineering capabilities to define and ship features that make TaskForge the go-to platform for AI-powered workflow automation.

About the role

You will own a core product area — responsible for strategy, prioritization, and execution from discovery through delivery. Working with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data analysts, you will define what gets built, why, and how success is measured. You will talk to customers regularly, synthesize feedback into clear product direction, and keep the team focused on outcomes over output.

What you will do

Define and maintain a prioritized product roadmap for your area based on customer research, data, and business strategy. Write clear product requirements and user stories that engineering and design can act on. Run discovery with customers to validate hypotheses before investing in development. Collaborate with data and analytics to define metrics, track outcomes, and iterate. Work closely with the go-to-market team on feature launches and positioning.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in developer tools or B2B SaaS.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams without being a bottleneck.
  • Strong user research and problem-framing skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize ruthlessly in a resource-constrained environment.
  • Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus if you can

Bring a background in software engineering, data science, or another technical discipline. Have experience building products with AI or automation at the core. Have led a 0-to-1 product initiative from inception to launch.

What you will get

  • Competitive salary with equity participation.
  • On-site role based in our London office with flexibility.
  • Full benefits including health, dental, and vision.
  • Annual learning and conference budget.
  • Generous vacation policy and team off-sites twice a year.

Why join our team

Product managers at TaskForge have real authority and real accountability. You will not spend your time writing specs for pre-decided features — you will shape the direction of the product from the ground up. We are a team that ships, learns, and iterates fast, and we want PMs who thrive in that environment.
