We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about developer tools, data interfaces, and crafting experiences that make complex systems feel simple. You will shape the visual and interaction language of TaskForge across our dashboard, onboarding flows, and AI-powered features.

About the role

‍

As a Product Designer at TaskForge, you will be the design voice for the product — working end-to-end from early discovery and user research through to polished Figma specs and frontend collaboration. You will own the design system, run usability testing, and partner closely with engineering and product to ship work you are proud of. This is a high-impact role with broad ownership across the entire product surface.

What you will do

‍

Lead design across core product areas including the pipeline dashboard, analytics views, and onboarding flows. Conduct user interviews and usability tests to inform design decisions. Create and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma. Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation. Define interaction patterns for complex data-dense and developer-oriented interfaces.

What we are looking for

‍

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong systems thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Proficiency in Figma including prototyping and component libraries.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, low-process environment.
• Strong written communication skills for async collaboration.

Bonus if you can

‍

Bring experience designing for technical users such as engineers, data scientists, or DevOps teams. Have familiarity with front-end code (HTML/CSS) to collaborate more effectively with engineering. Have shipped design work for AI or data-heavy products.
